Wind EPACT hourly Fluxes (Z>=2), GSFC

The EPACT/LEMT (Energetic Particles:Acceleration, Composition and Transport/Low Energy Matrix Telescope) data consist of hourly omnidirectional fluxes
of of helium, carbon, oxygen, neon, silicon, iron, magnesium, sulfur, argon, and calcium.

Time span: 1994-11-03 to 2014-01-26
