The OMNIWeb-Plus pages for the Helios 1 and 2 E6 data at http://omniweb.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/ftpbrowser/helios1_e6_1hr.html and at http://omniweb.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/ftpbrowser/helios2_e6_1hr.html The Helios E6 data accessed via this pages have been reorganized relative to the original data set described at and ftp-accessible from ftp://spdf.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/data/helios/helios1/particle/e6_kunow/ The original data had "blocks" of data such that printed lines had 10 "hourly" "records," each of which had start and stop times and 13 pairs of fluxes and associated uncertainties. The records were mostly, but not totally, sorted by start time. The duration between start and stop times for a given record was most likely 60 minutes, but could be more or less. Our new version has one record per printed line, has start time and start-stop duration rather than start and stop times, and is strictly sorted by start time. Fluxes and uncertainties have been divided by 10**4 to recast units from 1/m**2 to 1/cm**2. Otherwise we have not changed values of fluxes or uncertainties, nor the variable durations of records. Our new fill value is 9.9999e+004, replacing the original -0.9999E+04.
