Hourly NEW HORIZONS fluxes from PEPSSI instrument ( version 2)

The original data source is at: PDS Data System. Instument: Pluto Energetic Particle Spectrometer Science Investigation(PEPSSI) Solar Wind Around Pluto(SWAP). Original fluxes are written in .FIT format and have resolution ~ 10 minutes.
Only arithmetic hourly averaging was done. (No averaging of logarithms and No threshold numbers of finer scale points.) We believe, these data will be useful for looking at large solar disturbances near PLUTO CRUISE.

There are a lot of gaps in data before year 2012, see table below:

        Table of real data availability (year - month)
        2007 - 09,10;
        2008 - 10,11,12;
        2009 - 08;
        2010 - 06,07,11;
        2011 - 05,06,10,11;
   2012-2014 -  1-12;
        2015 - 01;
