Hourly NEW HORIZONS PEPSSI fluxes ( version 3)
The original data source is at: PDS Data System Instrument: Pluto Energetic Particle Spectrometer Science Investigation(PEPSSI) Solar Wind Around Pluto(SWAP)- Calibrated data taken by the New Horizons PEPSSI during the Pluto encounter mission phase.
Original fluxes are written in .FIT format and have resolution from tens of sec. to few minutes.
Only arithmetic hourly averaging was done. (No averaging of logarithms and No threshold numbers of finer scale points.)

In accordance with the data validity comments in the PDS data set, the following limitations apply:
(1) directional fluxes are averaged over sectors 0 – 3, those in sectors 4 – 5 being dominated by background from an internal calibration source;
(2) the last two energy channels for all ions, and all sulfur ion channels, are not used due to high background;
(3) the C, N, and O ions are not resolved from each other, so any of these channels include the full flux over the CNO ion range;
(4) in the He channel there are contributions from both He++ and He+ ions;
(5) electron flux channels are not useable.
