M1L = >80 MeV/n Protons (90%) and Z>1 Ions [counts/second]
C1 = >480 MeV/n Protons (80%) and Z>1 Ions [counts/second]
C3 = >650 MeV/n Protons and Z>1 Ions (70%) [counts/second]
RAD = Radial distance of spacecraft from Sun [AU]
