1-min Wind/3DP Plasma Data (from 3-sec 3DP)

These 1-min despiked merged Wind/3DP plasma and position data were created from 3-sec WI_PM_3DP data set (see https://cdaweb.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/):
They are Ion moments (computed on-board) 3 second (spin) resolution, PESA LOW, Wind 3DP - R. Lin/S. Bale (UC Berkeley), .
The original 3-sec. data sets are at https://cdaweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/data/wind/3dp/3dp_pm/ also.
The data were averaged to one 1-min, despiked, and merged with Wind position data.

Time span 1995-01-01 - 2024-10-16
