Wind EPACT hourly Fluxes (Z>=2), GSFC

The EPACT/LEMT (Energetic Particles:Acceleration, Composition and Transport/Low Energy Matrix Telescope) data consist of hourly omnidirectional fluxes of helium, carbon, oxygen, neon, silicon, and iron.
This additional interface provides access to fewer, wider energy bins that are generated on-board the spacecraft that are often better suited for studies of abundance ratios. The functionality that would enable users to generate plots of ratios (C/O, Fe/O, Fe/C, etc.) as a function of time will be added soon.
