Shifted to bow_shock nose 1-min res. Wind SWE_definitive data and cross-normalized to SWE_definitive: SWE_KP, 3DP and ACE_SWEPAM plasma data

This new interface provides access to 1-min resolution plasma parameters additionally to plasma parameters included at high resolution OMNI (HRO) data (see https://omniweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/ow_min.html. ) The solar wind plasma parameters from the few sources were shifted to the Earth’s bow shock nose and cross-normalized to Wind SWE_definitive plasma data for entire HRO time interval. The OMNIWeb user can utilize this interface and make estimations of plasma parameters in cases where there are no real plasma parameters exist in the HRO dataset. (“Spacecraft identifier” for plasma data sources is given in the word #6 in HRO format description at https://omniweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/html/omni_min_data.html#4).
It happen because for our HRO products we select and intersperse 3-hour data segments [both field and plasma data together] from among our multiple sources instead of following the hourly OMNI practice of selecting the data source for each time increment (one hour).
The rules how we select the spacecraft/source prioritization for HRO (for each 3-hour interval) among a few different sources are described at https://omniweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/html/omni_min_data.html#ap6.
Because of 3-hour data segments interspersing, in some cases there are no plasma data in HRO for specified time interval and given at HRO Spacecraft , but these parameters could exist at other related to HRO data sources ( see the sources below), We believe it would be better choice than just to get fill values gap using just HRO.
Note:. There are no cross-normalization for the Magnetic Field data, and the user can find shifted magnetic field at https://omniweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/ow_min.html from the Section: "S/C Specific Data shifted to BSN"

The first three plasma parameters sources are included into HRO.
Note: Coefficients of cross-normaization for Wind_3DP plasma data are not stable and depend on time/year, we recommend to use 3DP cross-normaized data for the rough estimations only.
Additionally this Interface provides easy comparison of plasma parameters from different sources making data plot from different sources at one panel.
