We changed the approach to time shifting ACE IMF data for inclusion in OMNI from requiring closely coincident flow speed data to interpolating speeds over plasma data gaps of arbitrary duration. This renders the ACE IMF treatment the same as had been used for Wind IMF data.
We updated OMNIweb data with new data from Wind, new definitive mag data: 1999-2004, plasma data: 2002-2004.

A new capability is now available whereby a distribution of the values of any OMNI parameter may be determined, plotted and listed. The distribution is for user-specified time span and bin width.
