Integral proton fluxes from GOES13,14

These 5-min proton fluxes are from eastward- and westward-looking sensors on the Space Environment Monitoring package on GOES 13 at 74 deg west, and GOES 14 at 104 deg longitude. "Av" refers to an average over the E and W fluxes. E and W data are taken from http://satdat.ngdc.noaa.gov/sem/goes/data/new_avg/

Time span for GOES-13: 2011-01-01 to 2017-12-01
Time span for GOES-14: 2017-12-02 to 2020-03-03
